Engineered Silence reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
Orders may be canceled before they ship, please reply to the confirmation e-mail to do so. If the order has shipped, it can be returned at the customers expense within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Engineered Silence LLC charges a restocking fee and an amount equal to the original shipping costs for any final orders cancelled via debit or credit card chargeback. By placing an online order with Engineered Silence LLC , the customer agrees to pay all restocking and shipping fees associated with any order that is cancelled via debit or credit card chargeback.

Shipping Silencers and Firearms
All Silencers must be shipped to a FFL Dealer with SOT(Type 2 or Type 3)
All Firearms must be shipped to a FFL Dealer
If you need help finding a dealer, please contact us prior to ordering.
Engineered Silence LLC will not ship to states that have prohibitions or restrictions on said items.
Engineered Silence does not ship to PO Boxes
Warranties and Repairs
Customers MUST contact us prior to shipping a silencer to us for Warranty work. Silencers must be shipped to us with a copy of an approved Form 4
Other NFA items:
Customers MUST contact us prior to shipping any NFA items to us for Warranty work. NFA items(SBR, MG, AOW, etc.)must be shipped to us with a copy of an approved Form 1 or Form 4
Chassis and Accessories:
Customers must contact us prior to shipping any items for warranty or repair. Items must come with customer contact information and address inside the box as well as a list of items.
